Coaching is about making changes. If you are a business manager or leader and there are changes you would like to make either in your work, your organization or in your home life then you can potentially benefit from coaching.
Coaching is not the same as mentoring. In executive and leadership coaching the manager or coachee is the centre of the process. The underlying principle is that the coachee has within him or her the ability and capacity to make the desired changes. The coach is the facilitator of this change. In that sense it is a facilitated learning process for the manager rather than instruction.
Coaching focuses not just on current performance but also on potential.
As the manager becomes more aware of his or her underlying assumptions, belief systems, attitudes and behavioral patterns, when doing their work, he or she can move to a position of choice- to stay with them or change them.
When building self-belief through coaching, the success is down to the coachee’s own efforts.
Business coaching is done in the context of the manager’s employer organisation’s needs.
Knowledge of the employer’s organizational dynamics and systems are important to achieve a positive outcome.
ONE TO ONE COACHING
We meet clients face to face over a number of sessions. The number is agreed in advance but can be varied by time and spacing by agreement. We are available for consultations throughout the Dublin region.
Where an employer wishes to sponsor coaching, the employer, the individual manager(s) and NMC may enter into a tripartite agreement on the scope of coaching.
SKYPE & FACETIME
We provide one to one coaching via Skype/Facetime to clients throughout Ireland and internationally.
Typically, fees for a bundle of coaching sessions, lasting for between one and two hours are agreed in advance.
Clients enter into a contract whereby the arrangements for coaching sessions, the number of sessions, fee rates and cancellation policy are agreed in advance.
CORPORATE TEAM COACHING PROGRAMMES
Our Corporate Team Coaching Programmes are typically held at either the clients premises or at selected external venues.
The location for your one to one sessions will be at a place of your choice.
EXECUTIVE & LEADERSHIP COACH
NMC services are provided by Paul Cummins.
Paul is a trained and qualified Executive and Leadership Coach, Dip. Executive & Leadership Coaching from the Association of Coaching in Ireland. Paul is a member of the Association of Coaching. Paul’s business qualifications include being a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA), MSc. In Multimedia Systems (Trinity College) and a member of the Institute of Directors in Ireland.
Paul has a long and distinguished career in business both domestic and internationally. He has worked with the following industries:
